A clinical leader and academic Emergency Medicine consultant in the NHS (UK) with a strong focus on education, systems improvement and workforce development.I currently work at North Cheshire and Merseyside NHS Foundation Trust (previously Warrington and Halton NHS FT) where I serve as Sepsis and Blood Transfusion Lead, Appraiser and Clinical and Educational Supervisor for doctors in training. Alongside my clinical role, I am an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at the University of Liverpool and a Postgraduate Examiner for the Royal College of Emergency Medicine.I also hold leadership and academic development roles beyond clinical practice. I am an Academic Co-Lead (Postgraduate) at University College London and a Mentor with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), supporting developing leaders across healthcare and professional services. These roles reflect my commitment to academic leadership, mentorship and capacity building.I identify as a clinician–educator with a commitment to developing people, strengthening training pathways and supporting high-quality, safe care in Emergency Medicine.
