Assigned to manage the design and implementation voice solution for new global headquarters for SPX Flow.Notable Accomplishments:• Provide technical oversight and architectural guidance for SPX Flow global UC environment and all related projects.• Design and implement centralized SIP capabilities at the DC level to support rapid onboarding of smaller sites into the Lync enterprise voice footprint.• Implement Lync Mobility in the enterprise and create supporting documentation for training and troubleshooting purposes.• Test / Evaluate UC related hardware SBCs, Lync optimized SIP Phones (Polycom, SNOM etc.) and VTC solutions to develop standards for existing environment as well as for future implementations• Creating standard deployment templates to rapidly Lync enterprise voice in diverse global locations• Work with the business across all segments and document requirements for all activities involving implementation, migration, support and maintenance of UC solutions• Work as an engineering lead and work with project teams, vendors and implementation partners to fulfill business requirements.• Serve as the highest point of escalation all enterprise UC related issues.• Design, develop and test high availability solutions for the enterprise UC environment.• Sharing knowledge and mentor local and remote associates to raise baseline skillsets to perform given tasks.
