Although client’s designated members interact with our team members on daily basis, but overall Account Manager is the single point of contact with the client management and is responsible for the satisfactory on-time, on-budget delivery of the project. Account manager guide internal team(s) members for the development of the project. Processes: Our team uses Agile values and follow Scrum, XP and Lean Software Development principles. Team lead / Scrum Master organize and facilitate daily scrum, sprint reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning ceremonies. Product Owner regularly interact with client stakeholders for clearly understanding clients needs and priorities.Quality: We follow high standard of quality and compliance. Our team perform multiple kind of tests to make sure that the deliver product is defect free.
