2021-present: Member Technical Staff - sNEXT, TechDev, Advanced Technology Development - Timing & energy control (TEC) and laser sub-systems for future EUV light sources. 2016-20 : Architect and member of senior technical staff in the Plasma function(s) engaged on EUV NXE3800 and class of ASML machines. Dedicated to EUV metrology ( timing energy and control ) plasma functions. Technical SW implementation lead on next generation EUV source metrology measuring and control devices. Work on novel sw-hw interfaces and architectures with extreme real-time critical deadlines and extremely low latency control requirements via SOCs to regulate and control plasma in the source. Design and implement low level PCI DMA device drivers upto enterprise level components and protocol machines to interface systems together in C, C++, Python and domain specific architectures and DSLs in Litho domain. Competent in designing and implementing in vxworks over Intel, and ARM based FPGA hybrid SOCs, and using linux, free RTOS, threadX, doing detailed low level RTOS development and in ethernet and routing protocols for and the interpeak IPNET stack among others. Componentized micro-service designs of enterprise and embedded real-time systems.
