   At Medtronic, I am the QMS site lead of the Aortic, Peripheral, and Venous (APV) business unit, and I also serve as the APV audit coordinator, managing all internal and external audits. APV operates within the Cardiac & Vascular business group (CVG), and I work with CVG leaders on quality system changes and serve as the CVG lead auditor for their internal audit team. I’m also the Agile QMS document reviewer and the training liaison between CVG and APV. As the coordinator for the APV quality plan, I lead and support the creation and release of the annual quality plan, update it as needed, and serve as the Business unit Management review coordinator. By establishing new systems, our on-time completion rate for QMS document periodic reviews is at 96%. These revised systems also reduced the number of audit findings. I’ve exceeded corporate goals for up-to-date employee training, and I was recently awarded for the successful completion of the EU MDR QMS audit with no findings and significant improvement in the QMS document periodic review process
