I\'m 13+ years experienced professional in the field of Finance & Accounting. During these years, I worked for Uk manufacturing company, U.S.and Canadian Banking clients. I have acquired knowledge of ERP tools as SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, Blackline, General Ledger Data Mart, Recon Frontier, Reveal, Symphony, MS-Outlook, MS-WORD, MS-Power Point, MS-Excel. Previously, i was associated with MNC\'s such as Accenture, Tata Consultancy Services & Genpact, provided End to End Financial Services to U.S and Canadian Bank. Performed successful transition of a Banking process by keeping an integrity of Company Maintained. I was responsible for Reconciliations that includes General ledger to Source Ledger Recon, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Bank Reconcilation, Variance Analysis and resolving breaks, Aging and Open items Management, Month End Closing that includes Reclass Adjustment journals, accruals, forex run postings, assessment cycle run, period management etc, SOX Control that includes Walkthroughs, Control Testing, Operational & Design Testing, Coordinating Internal & External Audit, Dashboard & KPI reporting, RCA & Late Rec Tracker to keep a check on SLA\'s, Client Interaction & Handling Governance call, Audit of Reconciliation and signing off. I was also involved in continuous improvement of process & Automation Project of Aging Analysis. Before that i have worked as a Financial Analyst in Tata Consultancy Services. During the tenure, I have learned Intercompany Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Substantiation, Suspense Account & Operating Cash Account Reconciliation, Researching on Open Items & resolving them by interacting with Bank Branches. I started my career in Finance (RTR Domain) with Genpact. Gained knowledge of Bank Recon, Preparation of Journals on Macros, Positive Pay Decision on Cheques at Bank, Client Reporting. I am LEAN Certified and have knowledge of SIX SIGMA & IFRS. I was involved in RPA also in Genpact.
