I serve as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and I am a senior member of the Firstsource HR executive team. In my current role, I am responsible for strong corporate governance particularly in the people practices space. As part of this responsibility I ensure that people practices are aligned in a way that helps the organization meet its vision, business objectives and strategic imperatives. My adeptness and speciality spans the HR field — engagement and recruitment strategies, talent management, performance management, change management, learning and development, career development, compensation and benefits, and HR analytics. I have over 21 years of BPM industry experience and have rich knowledge in operations and solution design and transition. I am a certified six sigma green belt and was instrumental in the organization achieving COPC certification. I have played an active role in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and in migrating businesses. I graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bangalore University, India.
