   Leading the data engineering architecture & development activities of the first cloud commercial analytics platform for the company.Working with many vendors and third party data providers to build critical semantic data model features for the analytics platform. Platform features include automated data ingestion & transformation, dashboard data preparation, automated pipeline notifications, reporting, data governance, internal sharing, data privacy implementation, self-serve analytics, semantic insight generation, & more- Working with key stakeholders to drive decisions around how data analytics is performed in the company. Building important relationships with Cybersecurity, Legal, Data Governance, Marketing, & Sales Operations business functions to ensure data integrations into the platform provide critical and accurate business insights while maintaining patient data security best practices- Developed the framework and standards for how data engineering is performed on the AWS cloud in a cost-effective & robust fashion. Ensured all infrastructure & pipelines are managed through code, and performing code reviews with many automated checks in place is a normalized operational procedure- Managed the commercial data platform’s continuous engineering roadmap for several sprints, quarters, and 1-2 years down the line.
