About Shahreem Ahsan

As an M&A strategy consultant, I work in the intersection between financial services, power, infrastructure, and economic development. I started my career at the Big 4 and have helped businesses realize post-integration/divestiture transformation through a combination of CDD, risk assessment, and enterprise valuation services. I have a graduate degree in applied economics from Georgetown University and am keen on using my unique perspective to help organizations achieve their strategic objectives. My experience at the Hilltop helped inform my global outlook on business operations and public policy. In my free time, I train in Kyokushin Karate (Fullcon), run a grimdark Dungeons & Dragons campaign, and voraciously read Asian crime and fantasy novels- Functional Expertise: Business Plan Assessment, Market Sizing & Definition, Competition Benchmarking, Financial Modelling & Valuation, M&A Strategy, Target Search & Identification, Commercial Due Diligence, Value Chain Assessment, GTM Strategy, Consumer Survey and FGD Design.
