Perform high-level bulk power system studies using various power systems software such as PSS/E, TARA, TSAT, PSAT and PSCAD • Plan, conduct, and coordinate a Full interconnection study (FIS) of renewables and battery energy storage systems to evaluate the performance of the proposed project as per various transmission planning reliability criteria • Develop and evaluate transmission solutions to accommodate large amounts of renewables • Perform specialized studies of the power grid, such as harmonic impedance Scan (HIS), and sub-synchronous Resonance (SSR/SSCI) assessment • Develop detailed models and perform various Model Quality Tests (MQT) of solar, wind, and BESS plants in PSS/E, TSAT and PSCAD • Software development (Python) for studies automation and result analysis. • Supporting for high-quality technical report preparation as well as discussion with the clients on a regular basis
