Working in the Steel & Glass Division, Fives Stein Ltd.(part of the Fives Group), is a leading equipment supplier of high-quality glass melting and conditioning equipment for all types of glass production. The company operates at the leading edge of technology in manufacturing glass formation and facilitates reduction in carbon emissions through delivery of \'greener glass\' to its glass producers around the globe. Reporting to the Finance Director in all areas of Project Accounting, tracking 60-80 live projects at various stages of completion- Perform monthly cost analysis and revenue recognition- Ensure variances to original estimates are realised and understood as early as possible- Determine appropriate forecasts and financial adjustment as projects progress- Prepare monthly reviews of project financials for distribution to Project Managers - Feedback variance costings to the Sales Department to aid accuracy of future quotations- Map trial balance figures to Financial Statements and review monthly trends for cost analysis- Lead the month-end closing process, reconcile prepayment & accrual accounts and post fixed asset depreciation
