As Head of Transformation and Governance delivered outstanding savings of about $ 25M from 2020-23 in Private Bank & Wealth IT and driven several cost optimization programs through people, process, tooling,Infrastructure, cloud migration and automation-Headed deployment of business IQ application monitoring tool ‘App Dynamics’ across of Private Bank & Wealth IT services. Which enabled Application Support Teams to derive an in-depth understanding of the impact of technical issues on business objectives and allows IT teams to prioritize their work in a way that ultimately improves ROI- Reduced ‘MTTR’ (mean time to resolve) under the target given by the organization which helped to fix the production incident in significantly less time-One of the major technology transformations completed in Switzerland with demise of Swiss mainframe and moved the legacy data in Hadoop. This initiative is delivered $ 4M of benefit as part in 5yrs as ROI. Removing mainframe from IT landscape-Reviewed Infrastructure recharges for ‘Private Bank & Wealth IT’ which worth about $65 M and able to reduce ~$ 4M annually with correction of multiple anomalies in billing caused due to Server/Service wrong mapping, clean-up of demised Application/Service mapped to a BP/Server etc-To address the cost challenges and to reduce the operational cost enabled a tool for non-Swiss IT resource to work on Swiss system without breach of compliance and cyber security guideline-As part of people transformation created a low-cost Europe based team in Poland to achieve the cost benefit and creating lower cost footprint in Europe-Driven optimization in Swiss IAM (Identity and access management) Team with aim of process improvement and automation-As part of IT Infrastructure Optimization reviewed Private Bank & Wealth IT estate with the initiatives of ‘Hardware Optimization’ where virtual/physical server were demised /right sized as appropriate based on existing capacity allocation and usage.
