Do market expansion & penetration by forming new dealers in new areas.Achievements: Given hundred percent growth in Allahabad local and Up Country market in 20••••12 sales figure was 3.25 crores and i had done 6. 50 crores in 2013. When i join Videocon, Company was working with only one distributor and 6 Direct Dealers i increase the number of Direct Dealers from six to sixteen and also recruited one more distributor for Up Country market because after my joining i recognize that we are not present in Up Country market So my focus was on Sub Dealers of Up Country market i covered all Semi Urban and Rural areas dealers regularly and in local market i increase number of Direct Dealer so these two major activities help me to provide hundred percent growth to organization.
