About Shahnavaz Shaikh
I always wanted my work to make a difference. Love for people and a strong desire to help them led me to gain a bachelor’s degree in social work. In these three years of graduation, I interned with 4 NGOs working for various causes like education, community development, women empowerment, HIV care, and community health. During this journey, I recognized the primary importance of human relationships. Realizing that successful management is one of the most essential elements of any organization I went on to study management. A dual postgraduate degree in marketing and human resources equipped me with some transferrable skills. I could now employ my skills and cognitive powers to a huge amount of different departments, disciplines, and career paths. I have freelanced as an academic auditor. This job required skills that I have gained from both my social work and management degrees. I encouraged educational institutes to evaluate their “education quality processes” and help them to produce, assure, and regularly improve the quality of teaching and learning. I have worked for profiles of sales, recruitment, and training which eventually led me to an opportunity that touched my interests and desires. I am currently self-employed, empowering myself and people around to life of choice by becoming a better version of own self. My business makes me feel that I am working towards a purpose, which helps me bring my diverse background to use and allows me to maintain a healthy balance of multiple aspects to my personality. I am into pageantry and have won a crown, I volunteer to teach arts and dance to orphan and destitute kids and teens, I cook, I vlog, I run a YouTube channel, and to successfully manage these I meditate. I work with a vision to innovate, inspire and impact!
