I have led the design, development, and support of connected systems supporting installations across EMEA, APAC, and North America—spanning elevator management platforms, remote monitoring systems, and smart metering solutions. At OTIS, I played a key role in taking EMS Panorama 2.0 to next level as well as development of OTIS ONE - IoT solution enabling real-time elevator monitoring, multi-vendor integrations, and new digital revenue streams. I also established and led global Fireline support systems to ensure reliability across large-scale deployments.
