Partner with leaders across the globe on HR initiatives and scaling/growing the business unit. Proactively assess business needs and propose solutions. Partner with SR. HR Generalist to Use data and reports to look for trends or potential opportunities. Partner with various stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure compliance and streamline processes. Coach and guide managers on people-related issues (ex. Performance, promotions, compensation issues, immigration, etc) Roll-out HR initiatives to the business like compensation planning, engagement (ex. surveys) Able to work independently in a remote setting Build relationships with our senior leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution. Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement solutions for them. Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and design and quickly implement solutions
