ABOUT SHAHLA
I am currently pursuing an MSc in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics by Research, with a strong interest in applying computational approaches to understand complex biological systems.I am presently working as a Research Intern at NCBS in the lab of Prof. R. Sowdhamini, where I am gaining hands-on experience in structural bioinformatics and computational analysis. My work involves exploring biological data and applying computational methods to derive meaningful insights.Previously, I completed a project in genomics, which is currently under peer review. This experience strengthened my understanding of genomic data analysis and research methodologies.I am particularly interested in bioinformatics, structural biology, and computational genomics. I am actively seeking opportunities to further develop my research skills and pursue a PhD in these areas.I am open to collaborations, research discussions, and opportunities in computational biology and bioinformatics.
