I am an experienced, practical and outcome-oriented professional with a passion for allthings in HR and the ability to have a real impact on the direction and development ofOperation Management & General Administration within a company. Empowered withalmost 9 years of Risk management, Program management, People Management,general administration, Employee Engagement and training & development expertise.Possessing a trusted safe pair of hands on all administrative related matters, and able tospearhead the continuous improvement of policies and procedures. My key strengthsinclude; having extensive knowledge of human resources information systems and beingable to create a competitive advantage for my organization at all operational levels.Presently associated with Jamia Millia Islamia University as Consultant – Training andPlacements, Assistance of activities in Media office In addition to my significantprofessional achievements, I also got recognized for successfully organizing variousevents and streamlining many HR processes & employee engagement activities.Successfully worked as an Editor and Sub-editor for the Jesus and Mary Collegemagazine and taught English language to a group of International Exchange studentsfrom Turkey. Academically, I have completed M. Litt. in HR Management and M.A inEnglish Literature to crave a successful career in this industry.
