Covering North of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland, my role includes:Business Development - Growth in mortgage numbers through management of lead sources including introducers, referrals and existing clients and competitive business development.Strong Account Manage all clients (Appointed Representative) and monitor their performance against objectives from Stonebridge Group and FSCS relation to KPI’s, SLAs and support and agreeing appropriate development actions where necessary. Support and deliver ongoing FCA - Financial Conduct Authority and or Stonebridge compliance training to my portfolio of clients (Appointed Representative)Technology – develop knowledge of our bespoke innovate software which is part of our client solution and ensure clients (Appointed Representative) are utilising the effectiveness of the software to their best abilities with support, guides and training.
