Assigned to the client company “Qatar Energy LNG” as Site Coordinator Shutdown and Logistics through Descon Engineering Qatar LLC for the shutdown and maintenance of Qatar Energy LNG (North & Barzan) and Laffan Refinery, Gas Turbines and compressors.My role is to oversee the logistics, manpower, material management system and support Vendor GE, Mitsubishi, Hitachi and GTS to successfully safely shutdown completion without any hurdles.Scope of work is the internal inspection. Scaffold erection, insulation removal, Blinding, remove PRV, open all manways, start ventilation, initial inspection, replacement of turbine rotor, remove demister, weld joint power brush, install new demister for steam drums, erect scaffold internal for heating zone, remove baffle plates, power brushing on tubes weld joint.Logistics- Installation and maintenance of Pota cabin\'s, Ablution, Mess Tents, rest shelter\'s,
