Bill of Material (BOM) and Spare Parts Codification•The task begins with receiving an email request, followed by reviewing the BOM, info file, and documents. • We verify the part\'s codification status in the Falcon tool. If already codified, we add the IM code and a note; if not, we check the manufacturer\'s Co-For and verify or search for missing documents. • After confirming all the details, we select the appropriate E-class and initiate codification in the Falcon tool, ensuring all necessary information is added. • Once submitted, a new IM code is generated and update in the Excel BOM, and the finalized the BOM then it is emailed to the client. • Additionally, we manage bulk processing, verifying ZIP files and ensuring efficient data integration.
