A quick glance at my journey so far: Joined Finshots (our newsletter arm) in 2019 as an intern when we were a team of 10 members. Landed a full time offer as a social media marketer 1 year later Researched, wrote & designed all content for our social handles Built a social media team of writing & design interns Scaled Finshots instagram from 0-100k followers by 2021 Worked with founding team for the GTM strategy of our new insurance offering - Ditto Secured & negotiated brand deals with HVC creators - Ankur Warikoo, Rachana Ranade, Akshat Shrivastava, etc. Promoted to VP Marketing in Mar 2022 Strategised and built our inhouse marketing lead tracking systems Led a new initiative called LinkedIn Creator Program in a bid to make internal employees creators Wrote, designed and launched our first Meta Ads Hired and structured the launch of 14 departments - SEO, SEM, Social media of Finshots & Ditto, Finshots college partnerships, YouTube, Design, Production, and more Awarded LinkedIn Top voice in 2024 Scaled lead generation for Ditto to customers over the next 3 years with a team of 40 marketeers Gym Freak.
