With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, I am currently a Multi-Property Senior Operations Manager, Rooms at Marriott International, where I oversee the operations of two hotels at the Calgary Airport, with a total of 606 guest rooms and public spaces. I have a diploma in Hospitality Management from Fanshawe College, and a bachelor\'s degree in commerce from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, which equip me with the skills and knowledge to manage diverse teams and guests, and to achieve financial and service excellence.I have a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences, fostering colleague engagement, and sharing best practices in the industry. I have been part of renovating 1,004 guest rooms and public spaces, and successfully opened two hotels. In 2022 and 2023, the Calgary Airport Marriott ranked #1 across Canada for guest satisfaction and won the Hotel of the Year Award in 2023. I also drove the Elite Appreciation score, which recognizes all our loyalty members, to being #1 in Canada for both the Marriott and Delta brands in 2023.
