In addition to my core responsibilities, I often step in as Manager Delegate, helping lead branch operations when support is needed. Prior to this, I worked as a Banking Advisor at RBC for 3 years, building strong, trust-based relationships with clients and supporting their day-to-day banking needs. My foundational banking experience was shaped by 8 years at HSBC, a leading global financial institution, where I served in both operations and marketing functions. My client-first mindset was further honed through my role as a Client Servicing Manager at globally recognized marketing agencies Wavemaker and GroupM, where I managed high-value client portfolios and led integrated campaigns. I hold a Master’s in International Management and a Double Degree in Marketing & Management, supported by Canadian financial certifications including IFIC, PFSA, and FP1.
