ABOUT SHAHBAZ KHOKHAR
Built and led teams generating $200M+ in e-commerce revenue through paid social and paid search.Through this I was selected to the Meta UK Advisory Board, contributing to discussions with senior leadership on how the platform evolves. I focus on designing and operating the systems behind growth, and building the teams that run them. That means designing: – How ad creative is produced, tested, and iterated at speed– How ad spend is scaled while maximising yield on AOV and LTV through offer structure, pricing and retention systems– How conversion is improved across landing pages, PDPs, collection pages using high level consumer EQ and heat maps– How unit economics are tracked, with decisions made on contribution margin, not ROAS Through Eleniak, I build and scale our own DTC brands, partner selectively with other e-commerce brands, and develop internal software and AI systems to support both. Where I partner, it’s selective. There needs to be conviction in the product, the offer, and the founder. Before Eleniak, I built across property and a range of ventures, including scaling a land promotion business to 500+ homes under contract, where I remain an investing partner as it has evolved into a broader property development and investment group.Alongside this, I’ve built and operated across Airbnbs, a gym, property events, sports ticket sales, eBay, and as a wedding photographer.Most started from zero and were figured out as they went.I started my career in Corporate Finance at Deloitte, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (ACA), before leaving to focus on building and scaling businesses directly-Open to conversations with exceptional talent, founders and operators building serious businesses.
