We are here to help the best talent work with the greatest companies to produce innovative results in a variety of industries including but not limited to IT, Engineering, Clinical, Skilled Trades, Finance and Accounting.Responsibilities:• Involved in all areas of full cycle recruiting, including recruiting strategies, requisition prioritization, external job postings, candidate sourcing, behavioral interviewing, reference checking and salary negotiations.• Understanding the clients requirements according to a complete job description, coordinating for short listing, screening including preliminary interview of the candidates.Work with different direct clients in different domain categories.Involved in conference calls and meetings with the clients for better understanding of the requirements.• Utilize Boolean operators and advanced internet sourcing techniques such as Flip Searching to successfully identify passive and active candidates.• Experience in working for US Citizens, GC\'s.• To negotiate with the Consultants on their Salary expectation W2, Corp to Corp, and 1099 basis.• Building and maintaining database of contacts and resume and other such information adding in Internal database, maintaining Excel sheet etc.• Resumes Preparation and Formatting.• Submitting the candidate with all the details such as references, SSN, rate, visa status etc. to end clients.• Coordinating, Scheduling & Conducting Interviews.• Sourcing candidates from Internal Database, Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder and LinkedIn.
