ABOUT SHAHANA BELATH GMBPSS
I’ve always been curious about what makes people tick and how to help them grow. After 10+ years in finance, banking, marketing, and PR, I’ve realised that behind every business are the people — their potential, challenges, and stories. Alongside my professional experience, I’m building expertise in people strategy and talent development through a Master’s in Occupational & Business Psychology at Kingston University. I combine what I learn in theory with hands-on experience in Learning & Development (L&D) and HR. During my placement, I created engaging learning materials, facilitated Purpose Workshops, and managed virtual events, while also supporting HR initiatives such as recruitment, organisational updates, and analysing employee survey data to provide actionable insights. My passion is helping people find their strengths and creating workplaces where they can truly thrive.
