My decision-making algorithm takes its roots from 5Cs; Courage, Collaboration, Creativity, Consistency and Chutzpah. Long before I organized them into a framework, my life experiences taught me that the harmonization of these fundamental pivots would help me achieve my goals. My pursuit of consistently delivering excellence in any responsibility I undertake, is fueled by a passion to learn and desire to build a personal brand people can trust.Curiosity to understand the world around me, and a flair for problem solving, motivated me to pursue engineering (Mumbai University), followed by an MBA (PGDHRM - XLRI, Jamshedpur) and consulting (Mercer and Deloitte). This exposure has helped me hone my analytical acumen, stakeholder management and leadership skills. My experiences across engineering, management and consulting have put me at the confluence of technology, business understanding and people management. I have worked on human capital advisory projects including post merger integration, manpower optimization, top team intervention, leadership development, capability and talent management, job analysis and evaluation and grade harmonization across manufacturing, BFSI, FMCG and IT industries.In order to combine sustainable development, community building and consulting, I have cofounded the Mumbai chapter of Impact Consulting, a pro bono consulting organization that focusses on providing services to organizations that promote SDGs in 60+ countries across the globe.Alongside my professional goals, I strongly believe in human potential and have persevered to give back to the society in various capacities. As the first Bicycle Councillor of Mumbai, I am an advocate of healthy living, environmental conservation and mental wellbeing.I aspire to create a meaningful impact on a personal and professional front.
