ABOUT SHAH RAHMAN

Shah is an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant, Author of the Holistic Careers Model, Editor of the Careers newsletter and founder of Excel Career. Shah has held specialist positions in both the private and public sector working on national and multi-national projects. Specialises in providing leadership coaching and mentoring to increase performance and leadership behaviours - particularly at Board and senior levels in an organisation. Leads development transformation strategies and the implementations of leadership programmes for Senior and Mid Management. A consultant that understands organisational transformations, cultures and business strategies - able to talk the same language and understand the challenges and pressures of leading people. Has been there. He offers a unique blend of counselling (Person Centred and CBT), coaching (NLP, MBTI) and careers guidance techniques to deliver a pioneering approach to personal development. Clients include NHS, Local Government, DWP, HMRC and ITV Achievements Co-ordinated a project to deliver 90 Ambulances for Syria in 2017. Fund-raised, brought 7 charities together, vetted 270 volunteers for envoy, managed shipping from Bulgaria to Turkey, arranged return flights for volunteers, followed all Home Office and New Scotland Yard Protocols, Managed media coverage and brought all Ambulances, serviced and filled with medical supplies and equipment. All Ambulances set off after Easter and have all reached Syria now and videos can be found on youtube of the Ambulances in action.
