He is an MBA graduate from IIM Kozhikode.Before MBA, Shagun worked with SAP, the world\'s largest enterprise software provider, for a period of 2 years as a Software Developer. He was primarily responsible for the development of Cloud ERP applications and held various positions such as Smart Template framework CoE, and core member of innovation workgroup.Before joining corporate world, Shagun completed his under graduation in Computer Engineering from NIT Surat. There, he was the Training and Placement coordinator for the batch. He also headed annual cultural and techno-management events in college.
