About Shagun Mudgil

I believe in not running from challenges but rather towards them and tackling them. With the sudden onset of the Covid-19 pandemic came one of the biggest supply chain challenges that the global world has ever seen. So naturally, I had to be in the front lines of dealing with the disruptions and solving issues by being a part of the change. I therefore began my Master’s in Supply Chain Management at the University of Texas at Dallas to upskill myself and to subsequently jump into action with the organization that I work with in the future.I believe that tapping into the right skills and motivators for individuals in an organization would not only bring growth to the organization for but also to the individuals themselves. I fortunately have had great mentors during my work-life and I aspire to be just as influential to my teammates in school and in my future workplace as well. I have worked in an IT services firm and a major Management Consulting firm in the Product Lifecycle Management sphere. So, suffice it to say I thrive in high-pressure and time sensitive situations. During this time, I have worked with a multitude of clients from various industries to understand their supply chain processes and the roadblocks they face on a daily basis. I came up with innovative solutions to their problems which resulted in accelerating their processes and reduction in time spent doing administrative activities.
