Designed, developed, and optimized bioinformatics pipelines for multiomics data analysis, including Reduced Representation Bisulfite Sequencing (RRBS), Whole Exome Sequencing (WES), RNA-seq, and ChIP-seq, to uncover tumor heterogeneity and track the evolutionary history of soft tissue sarcomas (STS).2. Developed and implemented pipelines for long-read sequencing (PacBio, Oxford Nanopore) and short-read Illumina sequencing, enabling structural variant (SV) detection in adult and pediatric sarcomas.3. Benchmarked computational tools and bioinformatics methods to ensure best practices in data analysis, contributing to the establishment of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) as a personalized biomarker for STS.4. Analyzed single-cell multiomics data (snATAC-seq/snRNA-seq) to investigate ecosystem heterogeneity in irradiated and unirradiated STSs.5. Authored grant proposals, presented research findings at scientific conferences and institutional meetings, and reviewed journal manuscripts to support advancements in the field.
