I have applied these skills in my most recent role as an Operations Officer at Clear Images, a company that provides high-quality imaging services to clients across various industries. I operate a professional photography side business through my Instagram account, Shaggie.jpg. I have honed my skills by combining the knowledge and experience gained from my positions at Clear Images and my education at George Brown College. In this role, I streamlined the process for verifying and transferring client data, increasing efficiency by 20%. I also integrated 20 new clients into the system, using proactive follow-up and communication skills. Additionally, I implemented and analyzed sales data in Microsoft Excel, using advanced functions and formulas, and presented the results using Excel and PowerPoint. I proactively identified, tracked, and resolved operational issues, ensuring clerical accuracy and timely delivery.
