Design Build - DFW International Airport - Program Integration Office, Terminal A and Terminal C Expansion and Renovation. • Project Planning – Met with the design build team to assess project team’s technology needs to catalyse the front-end construction planning as well as deliverables. This includes (but not limited to) developing phasing drawings and developing 4D synchro model for superintendents. • Project BIM set up – Setting up Revit container files for the three airport projects as a base for all GC related activities. Additionally, I was responsible for Document control using ACC build. • VDC coordination (Clash detection and coordination)- Ran weekly Coordination meetings with Design Build team facilitating fieldwork following the expedited schedule. This also includes reviewing of sub-contractor’s model and resolving issues which were field driven (came up after sign off). • Digital Twin – Coordinated with design team and Owner’s BIM representatives, the list and LOD of Assets that needed tracking. Further, ensuring that the same was covered in the design models by running Asset checks and best practices checks. • Technology tools implementation - Pioneered the use of VR on the project and dealt directly with the client to steer through VR of the mock up room set up for the selection of the FF & E for the project. • Training and Mentorship – Provided guidance and training to the project intern and engineers to capture 360 photos, construction photos and use OpenSpace. • Weekly Tasks - Update dashboards material for design work production tracking and walking site using Openspace for construction tracking.
