Over 25 years of experience in the finance field including experience as a senior executive of TSX and TSX-V listed international companies with areas of responsibilities including Operations, Finance, Investor Relations and the Board of Directors (including the Audit, Compensation and Governance subcommittees).Successfully started and grown startup companies comprising Kanvi Group including a Business Valuations Practice, Contemporary Custom Home Construction Company, and Real Estate Financing Company. Volunteer Convenor for World Partnership Walk in Edmonton helped lead a team to grow the funds raised from to over in 4 years. Integral in setting the vision, direction, values, and dealing with the critical issues, customer and distributor relationships for the Canadian, USA, Australian, German and UK subsidiaries. Member of executive team that was responsible for increasing revenue from $10 million to $68 million and net income from $1.0 million to $5.2 million in under seven years.
