What I\'ve Mostly Been Up To: Learning & Development: I\'ve designed learning programs that truly make a difference. Whether it\'s helping leaders grow or enhancing skills across the board, my work has been all about building up talent for success. Employer Branding: My work has included a wide range of responsibilities from managing all Employer Branding platforms, as well as producing engaging content for social media, organising Career Fairs and Recruitment Drives at top schools to engage the right talent and ultimately increasing brand value and visibility. Employee Engagement: Engagement isn\'t just a buzzword for me—it\'s at the heart of everything I do. I\'ve led initiatives that bring teams together, boost morale, and keep people excited about their work all the while keeping our learnings from regular Employee Engagement surveys as the focal point.
