Drive the strategic development and deployment of Digital and Analog semiconductor process technologies and the release of the associated design enablement technologies. • Responsible for directing Electronic Design Automation functions to enable semiconductor manufacturing, including 1.) Release of design Enablement tools and methodologies; 2.) Tapeout operations and reticle data preparation for product design; 3.) Test Pattern design for creating foundry process development test vehicles; 4.) PDK development for internal processes and customizing external foundry PDKs. • Define, standardize, automate, and implement common tapeout and mask design methodologies for all internal and external foundry products. • Define and develop initiatives to transform existing manual and automated software systems to the next-generation digital and automated infrastructure in integrated design and manufacturing around photolithography. • Primary liaison between external and internal development and manufacturing teams to foster effective strategy and communication among the product design and manufacturing community. • Mentor and support incoming and existing engineers in the process development and design enablement organizations. • Identify and hire key talent for future process development and design enablement organizations.
