I’m a Workforce Development Specialist and Certified Business Service Professional dedicated to connecting veterans, youth, and job seekers with meaningful career opportunities. With experience supporting programs such as SEMCA, HVRP, and MiSide’s Skilled Trades initiatives, I specialize in building partnerships that strengthen communities and create direct pathways to employment.My passion lies in helping individuals gain career readiness skills, access training resources, and transition successfully into the workforce. I work closely with employers to identify their hiring needs, provide candidate support, and bridge the gap between talent and opportunity.Outside of workforce development, I’m the Owner of Oleta One Basketball, where I’ve coached and mentored youth athletes—earning recognition as the Detroit Pistons Jr. NBA Coach of the Year (‘20).
