My work centers on building systems that improve clinic flow and provider productivity without adding unnecessary complexity or cost, and on aligning physicians, nursing, finance, and operations around shared performance goals.    Lead oncology ambulatory operations including exam, infusion, blood draw, supportive care, and inpatient coordination across sites of care- Tripled net patient revenue (FY24–FY25) by reducing preventable denials, expanding infusion capacity, and driving strategic program growth- Operationalized the launch of a new inpatient oncology unit at UWMC-NW, aligning staffing, workflows, and resources to strengthen system integration- Directed a $7M oncology expansion project, aligned with long-term growth and clinical research priorities- Partner closely with physician, nursing, APP, and research leadership to standardize workflows and improve access, throughput, and care coordination across sites
