ABOUT SHADY SAADELDEEN

A German University in Cairo graduate with a bachelor\'s degree in engineering and an MBA holder. With extensive expertise in manufacturing, production, industrial methods engineering, operational excellence compliance auditing, and Lean management complex projects, I have accumulated over 18 years of hands-on technical experience in the Manufacturing, Production, Operational Excellence, and Process Development industries.Throughout my career, I have successfully contributed to multiple industrialization projects across diverse countries, including China, Georgia, Turkey, Germany, France, Portugal, Spain, Indonesia, India, UK, Egypt, and USA. These international experiences have not only deepened my technical expertise but also enhanced my ability to collaborate effectively with teams from various cultural backgrounds to achieve project objectives.I have specialized knowledge in the Home Appliances manufacturing industry, covering products such as air conditioners, washing machines, water heaters, and towel dryers. I am also skilled in various machinery operations and have developed expertise in MV/LV electrical switchgear manufacturing and assembly through my tenure at Schneider Electric Egypt.In my previous role as Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement Manager, I led initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and operational efficiency. Additionally, I held the role of Global Productivity Leader for Schneider Electric’s Global ETO (Engineer-To-Order) division, where I focused on driving global performance improvements.Currently, I’m serving as the Regional Supply Chain Performance Leader and Lean Expert for Schneider Electric, North America - ETO plants, based in USA with a focus on new plant setups and optimizing operations for existing facilities.
