They eventually incorporated as a company and He was absorbed naturally. He spent 10 years in RCM initially overlooking operations and then eventually moving to head the Acquisitions Team while also working as a Consultant for a sister Company in the same group.After working in the Healthcare Sector Shabney moved on to brief stints in Insurance and then the Oil and Gas industry working in Sales and Operations. Knowing his forte was in Outsourcing he got back in to it in 2015 focusing on Finance / Accounting, HR & Administration, Resource Outsourcing, Web Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing and Content Writing.During the time Shabney was not involved with Outsourcing, he developed an idea to setup an outsourcing company that would offer a whole spectrum of Outsourcing Services and after much deliberation started Virtual Office Solutions(VOS) bringing his vast knowledge in the industry in to use.Two years in to his venture he came up with an idea to initiate a Training Center for the RCM industry and hens the birth of Aspire RCM, A Training Institute dedicated to the RCM Industry.Get in touch with him and you will know why Virtual Office Solutions and/or Aspire RCM will be your best choice.
