I am actively involved in large and intricate projects, spanning a value range from $1 million to over $1 Billion. My expertise covers various facets of project management, including conducting preliminary studies and performing cost analyses; emphasizing cost management and cost control; providing estimates for diverse projects, such as Battery Manufacturing, Mega Factory, Automobile Factory, and R&D labs projects across MEP, Mechanical, Electrical, and CSA domains; navigating the funding process and securing budget approvals.
