As a finance professional with an engineering background, I have the ability to integrate technical prowess with financial knowledge. AT TD, I have developed PPNR models, identified gaps on the stress testing cycle to minimize errors and improve turnover time. I have developed processes and work flows to automate their reporting and have automated their model selection workflows, which cut model development times from 4 months to a week. As a member of ACAMS, I have been involved in the Fraud and Anti money Laundry community to keep up to date regarding the the latest trends such as Prevention of Fraud in the age of mandatory reimbursement.At BMO, I created an analytics solution using PowerBI that provides information on the Sales performance. I was able to leverage their massive data to identify cross selling opportunities and provide useful information to the Sales Team. I identified opportunities to improve credit risk stress testing processes in a more efficient and effective manner across the enterprise, and improved their ICAAP, CCAR processes. I developed a reconciliation process which maps the models to specific industry, reconciles the model output with the data, and provides a data flow overview of the system. I provided key metrics to senior leadership, and gave explanation of the results based on the macroeconomic scenarios.
