   I am working as a Senior BI Consultant/Manager for Digital Corporate Services and Solution Shared Analytics Development Center, Maintaining all North American Labor Management Applications’/MyHR cognos portal for Kaiser Permanente. Responsible for production support, development and application maintenance on Web portal using Cognos BI. Have recently upgrade In house Common Time and Labor Management and Time off Record Tracking and Union Based operational reports application from Cognos 10.2.2 to Cognos 11. version.Above application does use by Kaiser Permanente national wide approx 20K plus users consume these application, My team does do Administration, performance Tuning, Security implementation and application development. Writing Adhoc Report, Designed and Developed or Modify existing Data modules, packages, IQDS and Cube as require based on rapid changes that drive by changes in Government policy and health care system.
