My experience in leading Digital Transformation initiatives using Scrum framework for large corporations in Canada and United Kingdom with distributed teams,different timezones and cultures has shaped my professional career. Working with teams in North America, Asia and Europe has further enriched my collaboration capabilities. While each organization is unique there are certain common challenges demonstrated by large organizations.
