I am the CEO of A2Z Accounting Solutions, a firm built on discipline, structure and long-term thinking.Before founding A2Z, I worked within the corporate finance function of Subsea 7, a global, multi-billion-dollar energy services group. There, I managed complex group accounts and operated under the scrutiny of Big 4 audits, including Deloitte and EY. That experience shaped my approach: precision matters, structure matters, and preparation matters.When I began working more closely with growing businesses, I noticed a recurring pattern.
