As a content designer, I support my organisation by- Authoring technical documentation for users- Creating in-product content, such as error messages and tooltip prompts, to provide the right information at the right time to guide users- Working with UX teams to design learnability into the user interface- Moving towards a \'docs as code\' environment for easy collaboration with software development teams- Collaborating with subject matter experts to understand technical information before communicating it to our users- Working effectively within my own team in an Agile environment- Constantly learning new skills such as programming to automate aspects of my work.I bring my 2+ years of experience in various manufacturing environments to my role to help me write for the manufacturing industry.I am most passionate about learning and creating platforms for people to continue on their learning journey by designing content to reach a user at the right time of need, helping them move swiftly on with their workflows.I use Content Management Systems such as Trisoft (with XMetaL) and GitHub (with Visual Studio Code) to create, maintain and version content.
