A field member of the U.S Pharma, Virology Division, providing unbranded and branded HIV education to Allied Health Professionals within community-based organizations and clinical settings in support of US Virology Sales Franchise.• Manage and deliver disease-state education, treatment updates to Allied Health Professionals (AHP)(i.e. Medical Case Managers, RNs, Treatment Educators, Adherence Counselors, Social Workers, Peer Navigators and others) within AIDS Service Organizations (ASO), Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) and Community Based Organizations (CBO) who provide treatment and care to people living with HIV/AIDS throughout Texas and New Mexico.• Deliver online, virtual and face-to-face educational presentations and resources designed to increase patient understanding of select virology-related disease states, available treatment regimens, and optimal approaches to disease management.• Recruit, manage, coach and supervise 6 educational speakers who provide patient-centered HIV education throughout my territory on behalf of Merck. • Establish sustainable relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to deliver on business deliverables that improve the health of people living with HIV.• Deliver unbranded public health education that promotes positive patient health outcomes related to the causes of social determinants of health for people living with HIV/AIDS.• Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase knowledge of and access to Merck\'s antiretroviral medications. • Collaborated with national and district sales teams to launch Pifeltro (Doravirine) and Delstrigo within communities of high unmet needs and limited access to HIV treatment.• Serve as team lead for Compliance, Merck for Mothers Ambassador and Diversity & Including Ambassador• Mentor for Master’s level students in summer student internship program, Co-Lead for internal EBRG
