   Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing overseas recruitment campaigns & selecting right profiles as per the approved manpower plan for Oil & Gas, Construction, Plant Maintenance, Electrical, MEP etc. Manage end-to-end recruitment for all employees working on different projects. Explore different techniques for sourcing suitable profiles through job portals, newspaper advertisements, head-hunting, employee referrals, and campus recruitment drives. Interact with clients and develop good relationships to coordinate requirements. Post advertisements, shortlist profiles, conduct initial telephonic interviews, coordinate with clients & candidates, negotiate salaries, and close positions efficiently. Coordinate interviews and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from identification of manpower needs to sourcing and deployment.
