   Lead and provide support to review technical components developed by the system integrator (SI) for compliance with approved technical design specifications, by performing code reviews and inspecting the installation, operation, and performance of hardware, software, and network components. Continuously monitor and assess the application and use of standards, methods and tools by the SI. Review and assess system design changes for reasonableness of resource, schedule, and budget estimates. Review and add input on code reviews and provide oversight on changes introduced into the application code. Ensure the CalHEERS architecture is defined, planned, developed, implemented and maintained as defined in CalHEERS Project requirements, specifications, plans and documents. Manage issues related to the CalHEERS architecture and infrastructure including identifying and resolving issues, documenting resolutions, and coordinating activities and communications related to issue resolution. Research published information technology (IT) standards, guidelines, and studies. Review IT related federal, state, and legislative mandates and audit report findings as they relate to infrastructure support. Participate in discussions with the SI technical, infrastructure, and data changes and provide support with reviewing, prioritizing, and approving the changes. Collaborate with business analysis teams made up of state, county, federal, consultant and system integration (SI) staff, to perform CalHEERS business and technical analysis to develop system requirements. Participate in discussions with representatives from the State, other states, counties, vendors, and other entities associated with the CalHEERS Project to support and assist with joint application design sessions (JADs) and walkthroughs. Review, monitor, coordinate, communicate, and facilitate change requests through its life cycle adhering to the Project Management Office (PMO) change management process.
